  • The transport of the items purchased at elninostore.com will be made by company SEUR, SA and will be delivered within 1 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

    For orders above 150€ net (without VAT), the total costs of shipping will be paid by elninostore.com, if the value of the order is below this amount, shipping costs will be added to the rate for each particular location at the time of purchase.

    In case of particular conditions or specific promotions elninostore.com reserves the right to change the terms and amounts of shipping costs.

  • 1 - SIZE Changes:

    If the product is returned in its original state, with all the original packaging, as has been sold, it will be forwarded to the exchange and re-shipping. Shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility. If in the stock there is not available a new size, the customer will be reimbursed minus shipping costs.

    2 - Incorrect Item received

    EXCHANGE/RETURN when Incorrect Item was received: If the items do not comply with the item reflected in the documentation of your order (ITEM, COLOR or SIZE), elninostore.com assumes all shipping costs. If the ordered item is out of stock, elninostore.com will return the full amount of the transaction to the client.

    3 - Changes:

    The customer has a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of order to exchange or return the item. Changes or refunds will be handled by the following email: sac@elninostore.com

    Once approved by elninostore.com, order to return gets an incident number. The next step is to fill in the returns form (at the bottom of the page) and put it in the package with the item. For hygienic reasons, certain items may not be returned.

    Elninostore.com under no circumstances accepts returns of products used or damaged by customers. If the product is returned in its original state, with all the original packaging, as has been sold, it will be forwarded to the exchange and re-shipping or the returning process.

    Elninostore.com does not accept changes of goods: that have been used, or without original packaging, that has not been authorized with the issue number or when the issue number is not visible on the package.

    Elninostore.com reserves the right to cancel or make changes in specifications of the products that are shown on this website, in accordance with technical changes or modifications made by the manufacturers. Elninostore.com also reserves the right to make changes to these terms of sale.
